How to clean:

1) Place in warm water with mild soap. Soak for a minute or two.

2) Gently rub the adhesive portion to remove any buildup or residue.

3) Remove from water and let air dry.

4) Once completely moisture-free, cover the adhesive with the dust film and return to its box.

5) Store in the pouch. Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Apply the first piece of tape underneath the breast, where the band of a bra would be, follow it along the curve of your breast tissue. Pull it as needed to lift up your breast and hold it in place. If you are looking for more cleavage, you can put a strip vertically along the outside of your breast tissue, slightly pulling inward to create cleavage. You can also apply a piece vertically next to the nipple, vertical to the breastbone to better define the shape. Plan on using anywhere from 2-4 strips of tape. The amount of tape you use will depend on your bust size - from A cup to busty sizes.

Strapless Tops

Curious how to go braless under a strapless top or dress? A bandeau look can be created by running strips of tape horizontally from the outside of one breast to the outside of the other breast. Make sure to secure where the breast tissue begins, basically from under the armpit to the other side. Build from the bottom up for added support. Build up for lift and inward for cleavage.

Cutouts or Triangle Shaped Tops

Use the strips of tape to create individual cups for each breast. Begin by determining the best placement of your breast. Apply smaller strips of tape horizontally from the bottom of the breast to the nipple. Pull the tape slightly inward to create cleavage or lift up.

Easy To Remove: After a day’s wear, the body tape will come off a bit easier, but if you need some help you can dampen the tape by taking a hot shower. Gently peel to remove. Use baby oil as you peel to loosen the adhesive while taking the tape off.
