Mental Health Awareness Month

LIVELY was created as a space to share experiences, exchange ideas, and feel heard. Sparking honest conversations is how we grow together - and that doesn’t stop at mental health.

More than ⅕ U.S. adults live with mental illness with prevalence higher in women - yet only half of these people will receive treatment. This Mental Health Awareness Month is a reminder to our crew members that you are not alone.

We teamed up with Real, a community-driven wellness platform that provides group therapy, check-ins, virtual events, guided programs, and on-demand resources - all developed by a team of licensed therapists.

The goal? To make mental health care more accessible, affordable, and sustainable in your everyday life.

Real believes in challenging tradition (something we can get behind). That's why they created a new therapy model that’s affordable, clinically-effective and speaks in ways the clinical system doesn’t.

More than just normalizing mental wellness, Real believes in celebrating it every day. Because taking care of your mental health is an essential part of your wellbeing.

I Support the Girls collects and distributes essential items, including bras, underwear, and menstrual hygiene products, allowing women and children experiencing homelessness, impoverishment, or distress to never have to compromise on dignity.

To date, LIVELY has donated 160,000+ bras to I Support the Girls (and counting!).
