Very comfortable

Very pleased! Comfortable. I did need to add an extender since I am a 42 or 44, this is a true 40C. I hope they expand their size range!

So good - please restock sizes!

I’ve been through so many bras from a gazillion brands, and this one is legit. I wear a 34 DDD, and I’ve never had to adjust throughout 10 hours days at school teaching and running a laboratory. This is the only bra I would ever choose to wear on the weekends! Please restock sizes soon!!

the best

i’ve seriously never had a bra this comfortable in my life, and i’ve been wearing them for a while now. so much support, so much coverage, the unlined feature is unbeatable. if you’re reading this review, don’t be skeptical like i was — just buy it! the band and cup fits perfectly which is so SO hard to come by these days.

Lively offers more "Comfortable" Bras

There are pros to this bra -- the minimizer style, the offering of a "G" cup -- yay for not having to rearrange myself throughout the day, the cups and straps are comfortable and barely noticeable when on However, I've found that it isn't my go-to bra -- that remains my All Day T-Shirt Bras. The band on the minimizer feels tight and by the end of the day I'm ready to take it off. Because of the shape it gives, I notice that fitted t-shirts gather loosely around my neck and then stretch tight around my breasts. I don't feel as polished looking when I wear this bra. If I was planning and active day and wore a more loosely fit shirt this would be the bra I pull out since I wouldn't have to worry about spillage thanks to the larger cup size. It has it's job in my wardrobe, but I don't need a whole week's worth of them.

Bra Sizing Guide

Not sure about your bra size? Don’t sweat it! Measuring yourself at home is simple, but if you need a little extra help, you can meet with one of our fit experts face to face by scheduling a Virtual Styling Session or Fit Appointment at one of our stores!

Before we start you will need a few things:

  • A soft measuring tape
  • A mirror
  • Your best fitting, least padded bra

STEP 1

Stand in front of a mirror wearing your best fitting, least padded bra and use a soft measuring tape to measure your band size:

  • Wrap the measuring tape around your back just below your shoulder blades and just under your bust.
  • Make sure that the measuring tape is parallel to the floor. Pull the tape measure tight against your ribcage and take note of that measurement.
  • If your measurement is an odd number, add 1, if it's an even number, add 2
    • Ex: 35 inches rounds up to 36
    • Ex: 32 inches rounds up to 34

STEP 2

Next, measure your bust:

  • Slide your measuring tape up your back, across your shoulder blades and across the fullest part of your bust.
  • Make sure that the measuring tape is still parallel to the floor and hold the tape as loosely as possible and take note of that measurement.

STEP 3

Now we do some math!

  • Your band measurement is what you measured + 1 (odd measurements) or 2 (even measurements)
  • For every inch difference between your band size and your bust size you will increase your cup size.
    • Ex: 34 inch band and a 39 inch bust (5 inch difference)  will be a 34DD
    • Ex: 31 inch band measurement will round up to a 32 and a 35 inch bust (3 inch difference) will get you to size 32C.
