Shockingly comfy

As a die-hard bralette person, I bought this bra to try on and see if no-wire was any better than the standard bras I used to wear. I'm shocked how comfortable this bra is. It's true to size, the straps don't dig in, are easy to adjust, AND there's a handy little hook in the back to make it work with racer-back tops (when did this become a thing?!). The only negative is that if you're wearing a more form fitting top, you can definitely see the complete outline of the fabric line on the cups. Not the best, but honestly it's not much of an issue. I would definitely recommend this one. Especially to bralette wearers who are looking for a more structured look for certain outfits.

This is a push-up?

I really wanted to love this bra, but I regret taking the tags off. I would have returned it. When I first put it on I thought it was perfect, but as the day went on the band really started digging into me. Before I placed my order, I measured my size about 5 times over, so I would get it right. I got 38B over and over again. I'm not sure why there isn't an option for a band larger than 38; I would have "exchanged" it for a 40. I can only hope that with more wear the band will start to give a little. Concerning the push-up aspect, I don't really see how they can call it that. I'm sure it has something to do with the lack of underwire, but it doesn't give me much lift regardless. The only way I can get a push-up look is to connect the straps to make a racerback, but after wearing it like that for a while the top edge of the cups starts digging into the sides of my armpits. In the middle where the cups meet, the fabric bows out to create the perfect catch-all for crumbs. Depending on the shirt I'm wearing it tends to stick out. Also, the seams on the cups are a horrible design feature. No matter how loose my shirt is, unless I'm wearing a sweater, these seams tend to make more of an appearance than my cleavage. I really wish Lively would offer a better return policy. I should be able to "test-drive" my new bra for a couple of days without the tags before committing to it. Just like any other store or website. However, after saying all that, my boyfriend says that the bra looks great on me. lol I will have to reserve this bra for short nights out rather than an all-day work bra I was hoping it would be.

Most Comfortable & Realistic Cleavage

This is my 3rd time purchasing this bra. It gives you that lift you crave from a push up bra without shoving you out of your cups like other styles & brands do. There’s no padding in the bottom of your cup. Your girls are lifted by the awesome support in the bra itself, that’s it! Crazy support, great look for the ladies, and extreme comfort. I couldn’t be more in love with this bra or this company if I tried! 100% worth the buy. Trust me, I’ve bought it 3 times. My only wish is that it came in more colors!

Comfortable when trying on at the store, but not great to wear all day

I bought this about a year ago at a NYC Lively store. It looked good in store and felt fine, so I bought it. However, after wearing it for not even a full day, I noticed that the band was extremely tight (compared to the t-shirt bra). After being at work for 10+ hours, I'd be dying to get out of this bra when I got home - more so than usual! I'd be a little red from the band digging in under my boobs, and generally just felt uncomfortable wearing it. It honestly felt like I was wearing a bra that's too small for me, even though the store associate said the fit was right. One other thing is to note is there is some sort of mesh wire running down the side seams. For some reason, this wired seam sags out. It gives a terrible silhouette, and you basically cannot wear it with a form fitting top. In a year of owning this bra, I've only worn it on about 3 occasions when I've been desperate and had no other options.

Not comfortable or flattering

I didn't like these bras at all. The band dug into my skin, the cups smashed down the girls, and there was also an odd gap on top of it all. Have ordered other Lively bras same size without issue. There was not much push up value. NOT for me!

Bra Sizing Guide

Don’t sweat it love, this will be a piece a of cake.

Okay — breathe in, then out, and hold. Wrap a tape measure around your chest at band level and take a look.
Odd number? Add 1. Even number? Add 2.
For example — if you measured 33” and add 1, you get 34”. This is your band size!

Breathe in again, then out, and hold.
1. Wrap a tape measure around the fullest part of your bust and take note.
2. Round to the nearest whole number. This is your bust size!
3. Subtract your band size from your bust size and voila! This determines your cup size.
For example — if your bust measured to 36, you would subtract 34 from 36 to get 2!

Cup Size

Put your band size and cup size together and now you have your bra size!
Our example comes out to be a 34B.
