Solid but wide in the back

I like this strapless. It's soft,,the design is elegant but not fussy, it looks good under clothes, and it stays up. I'm 5'2 and 127 lbs, typically size 34B elsewhere and at Lively, and the 34B is what I purchased, fits TTS. My only complaint is that the back has 4 hooks, and it has to hit my back at a very specific spot in order to not roll/bulge. If there's opportunity to tweak this design for future iterations, it would be great if the back straps tapered towards the closure for a max 3 hooks. It would fit better, and I think would also be more interesting design-wise, without sacrificing its staying-up ability.

Not the most comfortable bra

Living in South Florida means living with heat and humidity. I bought this bra thinking I would use it for tank tops spaghetti strap outfits etc. I was disappointed with the mesh fabric on the side of the bra. It tends to fold over a lot and can be kind of itchy. I found myself constantly adjusting around my body which just makes me feel frumpy and overall uncomfortable. I will say however, the quality of padding is very nice.

secure but difficult to put on

I thought this bra was difficult to secure on my own due to the many clasps it has. I would be able to put some but not all the clasps together. Most times I would secure the clasps anteriorly and then move it to the back. Otherwise, it's nicely made and secure.

Great strapless bra!

This bra is amazingly comfortable and supportive. It is the best strapless bra I have ever worn. I highly recommend it.

Bra Sizing Guide

Not sure about your bra size? Don’t sweat it! Measuring yourself at home is simple, but if you need a little extra help, you can meet with one of our fit experts face to face by scheduling a Virtual Styling Session or Fit Appointment at one of our stores!

Before we start you will need a few things:

  • A soft measuring tape
  • A mirror
  • Your best fitting, least padded bra

STEP 1

Stand in front of a mirror wearing your best fitting, least padded bra and use a soft measuring tape to measure your band size:

  • Wrap the measuring tape around your back just below your shoulder blades and just under your bust.
  • Make sure that the measuring tape is parallel to the floor. Pull the tape measure tight against your ribcage and take note of that measurement.
  • If your measurement is an odd number, add 1, if it's an even number, add 2
    • Ex: 35 inches rounds up to 36
    • Ex: 32 inches rounds up to 34

STEP 2

Next, measure your bust:

  • Slide your measuring tape up your back, across your shoulder blades and across the fullest part of your bust.
  • Make sure that the measuring tape is still parallel to the floor and hold the tape as loosely as possible and take note of that measurement.

STEP 3

Now we do some math!

  • Your band measurement is what you measured + 1 (odd measurements) or 2 (even measurements)
  • For every inch difference between your band size and your bust size you will increase your cup size.
    • Ex: 34 inch band and a 39 inch bust (5 inch difference)  will be a 34DD
    • Ex: 31 inch band measurement will round up to a 32 and a 35 inch bust (3 inch difference) will get you to size 32C.
