Shipping and Returns
How much is shipping?
Domestic shipping is free for orders $40 and over net of any discounts applied. If you need to return your order, the shipping is on us. We offer priority and overnight shipping via FedEx for a fee.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping to U.S. territories at this time.
What carrier do you use?
We partner with FedEx to get your LIVELY pieces to you!
For orders with free shipping, we use FedEx SmartPost® which works in conjunction with USPS. Please note that FedEx SmartPost® orders cannot be delivered to a P.O.Box and must be shipped to a physical address.
How long will it take for me to receive my LIVELY pieces?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirming we have received it. Orders take 1-2 business days to process and once shipped you will receive a confirmation email complete with tracking number, or you can find the tracking number by logging in to view your LIVELY account.
For orders placed within the contiguous United States, FedEx SmartPost® works with USPS and shipments are usually delivered within 7-10 business days. If your shipment is being delivered outside of the continental United States, please allow for additional shipping time.
Expedited shipping options are available for a fee for you babes who just can’t wait to get your LIVELY product. All expedited orders placed prior to 1p EST will be shipped out the same day. Any orders placed after 1p EST will ship the next business day.
Please note that we cannot guarantee ship time to APO, DPO, or FPO addresses located outside of the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship directly within the United States. If you live anywhere outside of the United States, HopShopGo offers an effective workaround to ship from the US anywhere in the world.
Please note that HopShopGo and LIVELY are not directly affiliated, however, and any customer service inquiries for their shipping/site should be directed toward them. Additionally, all sales outside of the contiguous United States are considered final as we cannot accept returns outside of that area at this time.
If you place an order using a forwarder and have pre-order items, we recommend contacting the forwarder to ensure your items ship in one consolidated package to avoid additional charges.
What’s your return policy?
Want to return? No problem, shipping back your order will only take a moment!
- All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase with all LIVELY tags attached.
- Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed.
- For health and safety reasons, we don’t accept returns on undies or body suits.
- Make sure to use the included LIVELY return label. We cannot process your return if you do not use a LIVELY return label on your box. Our return label includes specific information that allows us to process your return quickly and ensure you receive any refunds due.
- We cannot accept international returns at this time.
- We do not refund shipping costs.
We are unable to process exchanges right now. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund on the product(s) purchased and you can place a new order.
If I return one of my items from a bundle, will I still get that discount if I order a new item?
Unfortunately, we cannot honor the bundle price for new products ordered. But, hey, your new order will get you Perks points for every dollar spent, so you can put those toward future purchases.
Please note that these items are not eligible for return and will not receive a refund:
- Returns received more than 30 days after delivery
- Any merchandise marked FINAL SALE.
- Any undies; all undies and bodysuits are FINAL SALE.
- Damaged merchandise cannot be returned, you will be charged the full amount for these.
What if I need to return or exchange a gift?
We totally get you! We're happy to extend our return period past 30 days for gifts and can issue you a credit for the price of the items purchased. Just shoot us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org with the Order # and let us know you'll be returning a gift. Please make sure your items are new, unwashed, and with tags attached and we can issue you a store credit upon receipt of the returned pieces.
