I am achieving this by always making time for myself, despite a busy schedule. Health is equal parts physical and mental health for me. For that reason, I practice one form of self care each day. Whether that's taking a 15 minute epsom-salt bath, or vegging out on the couch watching reality TV. It is so important to set time every day to love your body.
