Girls We Love

When it comes to inspiration, we don't have to look far. The most inspiring women we know are our customers. Here we talk to the boss babes and game-changers who are the definition of #livingLIVELY — chasing dreams and making the most of every minute.

#WCW Jordan Salcito | Founder and CEO of Ramona

August 28, 2018 I feel most empowered after connecting—or connecting with—others who inspire me. Sometimes that’s my team at RAMONA. Sometimes it’s after a coffee with one of our investors. Sometimes it’s after organizing a dinner for friends who may not know each other well. I certainly feel empowered after a great run or an incredible workout, but what separates us as humans from every other species on earth is our ability to connect with others, and for me nothing is more empowering that.

#WCW Olivia Young | Founder of box + flow

August 21, 2018 I started practicing yoga at age 15 at a Bikram studio near my house. It struck me; without knowing it, it became my first real commitment—to sweat, but also to self. #WCW Patricia Moreno | Founder of intenSati

July 17, 2018 I lead intenSati teacher certifications and train people from all over the world to teach the intenSati method. Most of the training is helping them understand that they will never succeed if they try to be like me. My job is to help them be courageous enough to be themselves—that is where their true power is. When you are authentic, transparent, and vulnerable, you have the power to influence others. We all have very strong BS-meters—so if you truly want to succeed at anything, open your heart and have audacious self-acceptance, and you will find your own inner genius!

#WCW: Jackie Stauffer | Founder of RECESS

July 03, 2018 I was lucky that I got exposed to business when I was little, so I haven't been surprised by anything. But the hard work that I expected is definitely real. I think social media can make being a founder look really glamourous, but even super successful businesses are loaded with challenges.
