Love

I’ve had my maternity/nursing bralettes for about 7-8 months now and I do love them. They have held up beautifully. I use the bralettes way more than my padded. I wasn’t sure how sizing would be, I’m a 32D when I’m non nursing, for reference , but the Medium worked great as my fit has fluctuated throughout this past year of nursing.

Awesome!!!!

I love having a maternity bra that also looks cute. Every nursing bra I have come acrossed before lively was really frumpy looking. These however are super comfy and sexy.

Amazing

This is my first maternity/nursing bra and I am loving it! I went from bra optional to MEGA SUPPORT NEEDED and let's be honest, most maternity bras are fugly as heck. I love the look, the feel, and the support of these! I especially love that they make me feel like my normal, sexy self even while my body is going through these new changes. Splurged for a trio because I trust Lively THAT MUCH and I am not disappointed. I'm comfortable and cute again.

Comfortable but won’t wear daily

These nursing bras are extremely comfortable and fit pretty true to size. The material is soft and they’re easy to wear and use while breastfeeding. However, I really don’t like the stitching at the front of the bra cup. It makes it impossible to wear a tighter shirt without drawing attention to your nipple. I don’t need any more focus on my breasts right now! The seams are totally obvious.

Super Comfy

These bras are durable and really cute. The clip on the top is easy to use as well. Definitely an upgrade I would keep wearing even after my baby is grown.

Bra Sizing Guide

Not sure about your bra size? Don’t sweat it! Measuring yourself at home is simple, but if you need a little extra help, you can meet with one of our fit experts face to face by scheduling a Virtual Styling Session or Fit Appointment at one of our stores!

Before we start you will need a few things:

  • A soft measuring tape
  • A mirror
  • Your best fitting, least padded bra

STEP 1

Stand in front of a mirror wearing your best fitting, least padded bra and use a soft measuring tape to measure your band size:

  • Wrap the measuring tape around your back just below your shoulder blades and just under your bust.
  • Make sure that the measuring tape is parallel to the floor. Pull the tape measure tight against your ribcage and take note of that measurement.
  • If your measurement is an odd number, add 1, if it's an even number, add 2
    • Ex: 35 inches rounds up to 36
    • Ex: 32 inches rounds up to 34

STEP 2

Next, measure your bust:

  • Slide your measuring tape up your back, across your shoulder blades and across the fullest part of your bust.
  • Make sure that the measuring tape is still parallel to the floor and hold the tape as loosely as possible and take note of that measurement.

STEP 3

Now we do some math!

  • Your band measurement is what you measured + 1 (odd measurements) or 2 (even measurements)
  • For every inch difference between your band size and your bust size you will increase your cup size.
    • Ex: 34 inch band and a 39 inch bust (5 inch difference)  will be a 34DD
    • Ex: 31 inch band measurement will round up to a 32 and a 35 inch bust (3 inch difference) will get you to size 32C.
