Bra Sizing Guide
How to Measure your Band
We tend to think that perfection is a myth—except when it comes to bras.
With bras, there’s no reason to settle for anything less than perfect, especially when it comes to fit.
To help you find the exact right size for you, we put together this guide to take you step-by-step through the process.
Now the only thing standing between you and your perfect fit is a tape measure and about two minutes, tops.
Let's get started!
Find a flexible tape measure. If you don’t have one handy, you can use a piece of string or ribbon, mark your size, and then measure it with a ruler.
To do your measuring, you want to be wearing a comfortable, non-padded bra and no shirt.
Wrap the tape measure around your chest at band level, just under your boobs in the front and shoulder blades in the back. Pull it snug, but not so tight that it’s constrictive.
Note the number of the measurement and check this chart:
If your measurement is Your band size is 25 - 27 28 27 - 28 30 29 - 30 32 31-33 34 34 - 36 36 36 - 38 38 39 - 40 40 41 - 42 42 43 - 44 44
Double check your band measurement by wrapping the tape measure around your chest just above your bust and below your underarms. This should match up to the band size number in step 4, but if they don’t, note that fuller figures usually find the above-the-bust measurement to be more accurate, and for slender figures, it’s often the below-the-bust number.
To determine your cup size, wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your bust and take a breath in. Make sure the tape is snug, but not tight, and round the measurement to the nearest whole number.
Subtract your band size from your bust size, and the difference between the two determines your cup size.
Inches Cup Size 1 A 2 B 3 C 4 D 5 DD
Together, your band size and your cup size determine your bra size.
Band = 34. Cup = B. Bra size = 34B.
Wasn’t that easy? Now time to go shopping!

Undies Sizing Guide
How to Measure your Waist
Bend to one side to find natural indentation in torso. This is your natural waist. Run tape around natural waistline, keeping tape parallel with floor and one finger between body and tape for a more comfortable fit.
How to Measure your Hip
Stand on a level surface with feet together. Measure around fullest part of hips and bottom (approximately 7"-9" below waistline), keeping tape parallel with floor.
