Not for the busty...

The sizing on this style is so off from the other bras I have tried from this company. I got a medium, because I am a traditional 32DD, and I've nursed 2 kids. I'm 5'5" and 145. I'm an hourglass frame. I had tried on other styles that were for 32s, and they worked just fine. But this style is super off. The medium, which is the size I should have, was huge in the band. It felt like a 34 or 36. Also, the cups were tiny. So the band was too big, and the cups were too small. The sizing was just completely off and my boobs were completely falling out of the bra on every side. If you are a bustier girl, I suggest you find a different style. They really need to reevaluate the sizing on this. This is why traditionally don't like and it's multi-size bras. I always run into this. I do highly suggest the spacer bra. That one got me spot on!

Super comfy!

I’m a 32dd and have a hard time finding comfortable/supportive bras. With the racer back option this did both!

The color rocks, the fit has issue

I love Lively colors. I own 3 bras - 2 wired and this bra in olive. The color rocks, big fan. The front adjustments are great. The material is soft. The cups are small and when I bend over my breasts pop out. Obviously I wish there was more overall coverage. The wireless do tend to fold over under my breasts but if I tighten the straps I get double breasts.

Bummed

I was SO excited about this bra, but unfortunately had to return it. I typically wear a 32DD/ 34D and ordered an M in this as a result. Although the band was comfortable and the cups seemed to be the right size, one of the cups kind of peeled outward so that it was very visible under a shirt. I'm not sure if the sizing was off or if maybe the cup was just poorly manufactured, but it was not a look I wanted so back it went!

Bra Sizing Guide

Not sure about your bra size? Don’t sweat it! Measuring yourself at home is simple, but if you need a little extra help, you can meet with one of our fit experts face to face by scheduling a Virtual Styling Session or Fit Appointment at one of our stores!

Before we start you will need a few things:

  • A soft measuring tape
  • A mirror
  • Your best fitting, least padded bra

STEP 1

Stand in front of a mirror wearing your best fitting, least padded bra and use a soft measuring tape to measure your band size:

  • Wrap the measuring tape around your back just below your shoulder blades and just under your bust.
  • Make sure that the measuring tape is parallel to the floor. Pull the tape measure tight against your ribcage and take note of that measurement.
  • If your measurement is an odd number, add 1, if it's an even number, add 2
    • Ex: 35 inches rounds up to 36
    • Ex: 32 inches rounds up to 34

STEP 2

Next, measure your bust:

  • Slide your measuring tape up your back, across your shoulder blades and across the fullest part of your bust.
  • Make sure that the measuring tape is still parallel to the floor and hold the tape as loosely as possible and take note of that measurement.

STEP 3

Now we do some math!

  • Your band measurement is what you measured + 1 (odd measurements) or 2 (even measurements)
  • For every inch difference between your band size and your bust size you will increase your cup size.
    • Ex: 34 inch band and a 39 inch bust (5 inch difference)  will be a 34DD
    • Ex: 31 inch band measurement will round up to a 32 and a 35 inch bust (3 inch difference) will get you to size 32C.
