United StatesI am a 32D or 34C (sister size) depending on bra type, I have one of each size from Lively. Based on the recommended sizing for this bra 32D should get small and 34C should get medium. Some of the reviews mentioned sagging outer fabric, so I went with the small size. It fits well, the band is very snug but still comfortable. If I wanted this to be more of a lounge bra I would probably try the medium. I do have one issue on one of the cups, the seem wants to flip out. The bra is designed so the front seams lie against your body so from the outside it is smooth. However, on just one side the seem flips outwards.

United StatesI love every bra I've purchased from Lively, and since I've been trying to be more mindful in my purchases and their effect on the environment, this was a no-brainer. I also like that this one has padding, so I feel a little less self-conscious when I'm wearing it without sacrificing any comfort. The medium was a perfect fit for me! (usually 36D). I bought this along with my 2nd T-shirt bra and I highly recommend both.
