4 hook closure

I gave this 3 stars for the following. Putting it on with 4 closures was tough, 2 I am use to, three I can manage but four was tough to do alone. Once my boyfriend helped me, The problem then becomes the back closure pops up like a triangle on your back. I had the right size on, the bra did not dig in but after wearing it around for 15 min, any movement would cause it to cinch and not lay smoothly specifically due to the 4 hook closure. I wish this wasnt an issue, i really liked the strapless bra otherwise. I did purchase the tshirt bra and loved!

Ok, was hoping for better...

I'm usually over the moon with my Lively bras, and bought this one based on good reviews it seemed to be racking up when it first came out. I almost wonder if it's changed since they first released it. It is not as comfortable as I was expecting but I think for short periods it will (hopefully) be fine. The biggest flaw I see is how difficult it is to do up! I had to use the put it on in front and widge it around method, which was not easy and extra uncomfortable. I almost sent it back, but I need strapless bras so rarely I figured it would be worth hanging onto since I don't think I'm likely to find something that much better elsewhere.

My back kills

I was so excited to add a new strapless bra to my collection. I'm a 36 E, so support can be hard to come by without a hefty price tag. As soon as I put it on, I knew it was a mistake. The band was folding into itself, and I had NO support whatsoever. I was in a rush the first time I tried it on, so I added one of the straps to wear as a halter bra. My neck and back were in pain almost the entire time. I finally ripped the bra off of me after a few hours because it was so uncomfortable. Spent the rest of the day flying free. I'm so disappointed. I was really hoping I'd found a new classic.

Where are my breasts suppose to go?

I’m a 36DDD which means there’s a difference of 6 inches from the fullest and smallest measurements of my breasts. And the depth of the cups in this bra were barely an inch. So where exactly are my breasts suppose to go in this bra, lively?

Stays up but insanely uncomfortable. Unwearable.

The sizing for this per the chart is surprisingly accurate. I received this bra, tried in on, if fit great, took off the tags and wore it. I wore it once. This is the most uncomfortable bra I have ever worn. The reinforcing on the sides of the bra dig in like mad leaving marks/welts that last for hours. The side reinforcing bows outward digging in on the top and bottom. In addition, the top front of the bra smashes in and toward the bottom of the bra creating a super unflattering silhouette. Unfortunately you cannot return a bra once you've worn it, but customer service was great and sent me a credit to use for a future purchase. This is the only bra from Lively I haven't liked- I really love the All Day No-Wire Deep V and the All Day T-Back Bralette is crazy comfortable.

Bra Sizing Guide

Don’t sweat it love, this will be a piece a of cake.

Okay — breathe in, then out, and hold. Wrap a tape measure around your chest at band level and take a look.
Odd number? Add 1. Even number? Add 2.
For example — if you measured 33” and add 1, you get 34”. This is your band size!

Breathe in again, then out, and hold.
1. Wrap a tape measure around the fullest part of your bust and take note.
2. Round to the nearest whole number. This is your bust size!
3. Subtract your band size from your bust size and voila! This determines your cup size.
For example — if your bust measured to 36, you would subtract 34 from 36 to get 2!

Cup Size

Put your band size and cup size together and now you have your bra size!
Our example comes out to be a 34B.
