Fits Nice and has lots of support

My overall experience has been favorable. I bought this bra in the teal. I really like the color and the fit. Too bad they don't make it in white, nude, red and black. It seems to sell out pretty fast, so that is a problem. I tried to buy the smoke and it is sold out too. I wear a 36D and that is one of the most common sizes. Perhaps you could stock more of the sizes that sell out fast. I bought some other bras in the sport t-shirt bras in a 36D and they didn't fit. I returned them and was credited on my account. No problems.

Odd, uncomfortable fit

This is pretty in the smoke color and I wanted it to work. However, the sizing was completely off - I would have had to order multiple sizes to figure out which one fit, if any, which didn't seem worth it. I'm a 32B in the deep-v wireless and the spacer bra, if that helps. In this bra I may have fit better in my sister size (34A) but really no clue. I am petite so maybe this is made for someone with more stature in general. Pass on this one, though I love my other bras.

Cute Bra

Really cute bra that fits very well and is comfortable. The mesh is stylish but the bra still feels supportive.

Hooray for the J-hook

I'm a 34DDD, and I got the teal. When I first put this bra on, I thought it was oddly loose in the shoulder straps, but it became a perfect fit when I engaged the J-hook. It's such a nice feature, and I find this bra pretty comfortable when I use it. Also I love the color.

Uncomfortable Underwire

The bra is really cute, but the underwire is horrible and digs in half way through the day on the outside under the arm. I can’t wait to take this bra off! Not what the company advertises for sure with comfort. It was my first purchase of Lively and now I am unsure as to whether I will purchase this brand again. It looked like it would be good for larger cup sizes, but I would advise against it if you are (I am 34DD).

Bra Sizing Guide

Not sure about your bra size? Don’t sweat it! Measuring yourself at home is simple, but if you need a little extra help, you can meet with one of our fit experts face to face by scheduling a Virtual Styling Session or Fit Appointment at one of our stores!

Before we start you will need a few things:

  • A soft measuring tape
  • A mirror
  • Your best fitting, least padded bra

STEP 1

Stand in front of a mirror wearing your best fitting, least padded bra and use a soft measuring tape to measure your band size:

  • Wrap the measuring tape around your back just below your shoulder blades and just under your bust.
  • Make sure that the measuring tape is parallel to the floor. Pull the tape measure tight against your ribcage and take note of that measurement.
  • If your measurement is an odd number, add 1, if it's an even number, add 2
    • Ex: 35 inches rounds up to 36
    • Ex: 32 inches rounds up to 34

STEP 2

Next, measure your bust:

  • Slide your measuring tape up your back, across your shoulder blades and across the fullest part of your bust.
  • Make sure that the measuring tape is still parallel to the floor and hold the tape as loosely as possible and take note of that measurement.

STEP 3

Now we do some math!

  • Your band measurement is what you measured + 1 (odd measurements) or 2 (even measurements)
  • For every inch difference between your band size and your bust size you will increase your cup size.
    • Ex: 34 inch band and a 39 inch bust (5 inch difference)  will be a 34DD
    • Ex: 31 inch band measurement will round up to a 32 and a 35 inch bust (3 inch difference) will get you to size 32C.
