Oops!! Colorfast

I absolutely LOVE my mesh stripe bralettes, so far I think it’s the only one with 3 rows hook and eye. Unfortunately I washed my black one with my tan one and… it bled so bad. My tan one is now gray . I thought I had washed the black one previously but I guess not and I thought I had a color catcher but no. I will definitely be ordering more and wish this exact bra was a couple more colors.

Surprisingly supportive

As a 38dd, i didn't think bralettes were for me but lively proved me wrong! These are supportive enough to wear with anything during the day but comfortable enough to sleep in. Also cute enough for date night. I wear these more than my push up underwire bras now. I love that this company has a points program and deals on bundles. I got the green in size 3.

Best fit for DDD

This version of the Busty Bralette is the best I've tried due to thick band. It still doesn't hold the entire weight up but much better than the regular version. I got a size 3 and I'm a 36DDD.

If I could give more than 5 ⭐️ stars I would

A little History (skip to next paragraph if you want only bra details). I have always been busty in high school I was a DD and by the time I had both babies I was a 38 G/H. I have had a lot of weight fluctuations but I don't think I ever noticed my boobs change size due to that, I think they just kept growing. I petitioned for a breast reduction in 2013 and had my surgery that December. I am now a 38 DD/DDD - have been since. I have worn my fare share of bras/bralettes in all varying sizes and cost ranges. I have easily spent $150 on a SINGLE bra hoping it would help lift, separate, and support big "girls". I had a reduction and lift and do not "need" a bra for that purpose anymore BUT I do need them occasionally for various reasons and I had been seeing these LIVELY bras on FB and thought, I'll check it out. The fact that I could get 3 bras for half of my most expensive bra ever? I was intrigued and with free returns, what could it hurt? 38DD - 190lbs - 5'4": This bra fits amazingly. I love how breathable and supportive it is. I wore it to volunteer at my kids' elementary school. I worked for 4 hours in the school cafeteria prepping food, serving meals, and cleaning. AND when I got home, I wasn't jumping to get out of it. I did take it off when I got home but only because I was sweaty and I wanted to get it cleaned. I am actually buy 2 more in tan and 1 more black. The best part of this bralette is the 3 row of hook and eye closure, not just 2 (which I why I am returning my others). I am going to purchase the bra biking tops as well to see how that fits/feels. Because, honestly, when I am getting ready and in just the bralette and my own undies, it looks like I am wearing a bikini and I am actually happy with the look - fingers crossed. I will say one, minor con. The darting/seams on the front are oddly positioned and stick out a bit under plain t-shirts. If you have a graphic or heavier weight, it will weigh down the darts but you do have a slightly pointy silhouette because of the seams BUT I can 100% over look that because of how comfortable, flattering, and well fitting the bralette is. Overall the quality, stitching, fabric, everything is very nice and feels more expensive than $35 Bralette.

Bra Sizing Guide

Not sure about your bra size? Don’t sweat it! Measuring yourself at home is simple, but if you need a little extra help, you can meet with one of our fit experts face to face by scheduling a Virtual Styling Session or Fit Appointment at one of our stores!

Before we start you will need a few things:

  • A soft measuring tape
  • A mirror
  • Your best fitting, least padded bra

STEP 1

Stand in front of a mirror wearing your best fitting, least padded bra and use a soft measuring tape to measure your band size:

  • Wrap the measuring tape around your back just below your shoulder blades and just under your bust.
  • Make sure that the measuring tape is parallel to the floor. Pull the tape measure tight against your ribcage and take note of that measurement.
  • If your measurement is an odd number, add 1, if it's an even number, add 2
    • Ex: 35 inches rounds up to 36
    • Ex: 32 inches rounds up to 34

STEP 2

Next, measure your bust:

  • Slide your measuring tape up your back, across your shoulder blades and across the fullest part of your bust.
  • Make sure that the measuring tape is still parallel to the floor and hold the tape as loosely as possible and take note of that measurement.

STEP 3

Now we do some math!

  • Your band measurement is what you measured + 1 (odd measurements) or 2 (even measurements)
  • For every inch difference between your band size and your bust size you will increase your cup size.
    • Ex: 34 inch band and a 39 inch bust (5 inch difference)  will be a 34DD
    • Ex: 31 inch band measurement will round up to a 32 and a 35 inch bust (3 inch difference) will get you to size 32C.
